I’m not sure how many Mbps I need, how do I know?
An internet connection’s Mbps represents the amount of traffic it can handle, think of it like a multi lane super highway, the more devices on it, the more lanes (Mbps) you will need. Our plan features and comparison chart shows how many devices each plan is likely to support.
Are Uplink Voice calls free?
Because Uplink Voice calls take place over the Internet, local calls are free and unlimited once you sign up with Uplink Voice service.
However, international calling and toll-free calling are not free.
Who can I call with Uplink Voice service?
Uplink Voice service lets users call any local, long-distance, or international phone number. Uplink Voice includes free unlimited local and long-distance calls, while international calling is charged on a per-minute basis at each country’s individual calling rates.
Do I need to purchase special equipment for Uplink Voice?
You can use Uplink Voice service with existing internet-connected devices. If you want to use traditional desktop phones, you can buy or lease the hardware.
